Retail orders are shipped UPS C.O.D. via personal check, money order, cashiers check or pre-pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Dealer orders are shipped UPS C.O.D. via company check, money order, cashiers check or with the previously listed Credit Cards. Credit Card orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card being used, unless otherwise approved by Kasza5. Kasza5 offers no credit terms.

Dealers presenting a bad check will be placed on a PREPAYMENT Only Status until the problem has cleared. All C.O.D. orders are subject to current UPS pricing charges per box shipped. These charges are included in addition to the normal shipping charges.


All orders will be processed within 1 business day. Shipping methods for standard orders is UPS Ground service or USPS. Standard order delivery time is 5-10 business days. In some cases items may be on backorder with the manufacturer and may take longer than 5-10 business days. You will be notified by a sales representative if this is the case. UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day, UPS Saturday and UPS 3-Day services are available upon request for additional charges. Merchandise damaged in shipping must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. All returns must have a Return Authorization number.


International orders must be pre-paid in EUR. When placing an order by mail or FAX, please include your exact shipping address and FAX number, (with your country & city code). This is very important. We will FAX a quote and a request for payment with instructions.


Back orders are shipped automatically if less than 30-days from original order date. We will verify, by telephone or FAX, any back orders held over 30-days before shipping.


Do not return any merchandise without calling and receiving a return authorization number. This number must be used for all returns and must appear prominently on the outside of the box. No returns are allowed on electrical parts, tools or special order items. Items returned must include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free of dents, tears, markings, writing of any kind, greasy fingerprints etc.) Please note the original packaging is not intended for shipping purposes. The original packaging must be packed inside of a shipping box. Returns using the original packaging box as a shipment box will be rejected. All sales are final after 20 working days from the invoice date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned with damage or missing the original packaging will be rejected and the return will not be processed.
